Tbilisi

Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of Mtkvari river with a population of approximately 1.5 million people. Founded in the 5th century AD by Vakhtang I Gorgasali, the monarch of the Kingdom Iberia. The capital is surrounded by many different cultures and therefore got all the good qualities from each neighbor. Mtskheta

• First you will visit Jvari (Cross) Monastery a sixth century Georgian Orthodox monastery. Jvari Monastery is listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO.
• After Jvari Monastery you will enter Mtskheta, after stopping at parking you will pass through old towns narrow streets and come to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral the second largest church building in the country, it is listed also as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Second site in Mtskheta will be Samtavro Monastery 11th century.
• Next site Fortress Bebris Tsikhe.
• After Mtskheta, the last location will be the Shio Mgvime Monastery 6th century complex.

Batumi

• The first destination is Gremi Fortress (XVI c) that was the main city of Kakheti region until XVI C. Enjoy the picturesque location of the fortress with tall bell tower and high walls.
• Next, trip continues to wine tunnels built under the hills of the Great Caucasus mountains.Total length of the tunnels is 8,000 kilometers. Two main tunnels are more than 800 meters each
• Above the wine tunnels, one can find a beautiful restaurant built on the top of the hill with picturesque views on Alazani Valley and delicious Georgian meals.
• Further on, head towards Prince Chavchavadze Palace (XIX c) at village Tsinandali with a wonderful French park and wine cellar.
• After visiting the palace, guests will visit the Shumi wine factory-museum for another wine tasting and if desired, you can purchase some bottles of wine locally from the factory.Here you can find the local market in the town, where you can enjoy and buy a wide range of different fruits and vegetables, including apples, peaches, grapes, pomegranates, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
• At the end of the tour visit of Telavi - the main city and administrative center of Kakheti region (100 kilometers east from Tbilisi).
• Finally, travel through Gombori Pass to return to Tbilisi.

Kazbegi

You will depart from Tbilisi early in the morning, in the direction of Kazbegi. 100 miles (160 km) along the Georgian Military Road, it runs between Tbilisi, Georgia and Vladikavkaz, Russia. On the way, there are some very interesting places to visit.

• Ananuri fortress, is a sixteenth century castle complex on the Aragvi River.

Borjom-Kharagauli National Park

Wake up in the morning on a high mood, watch the mist below clear to reveal beautiful views of the valleys below. In summer, at sunset, among the sounds of bells and the barking of dogs, you will hear old, Georgian songs. Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park tourist route allows hiking for one or several days. Tourist route is up to 400-2,642 meters. Paths are marked and well-arranged. With the mountains in the background, the free and cheerful troops of horses run on the green grasslands, which contrast with the white of the highest crests.. If you decide to adventure on Otchora mountain, charge your batteries some time before you start hiking. On the plateau you will find places to rest and serve meals in the middle of the nature. The dreamy panorama will take your breath away and will make you forget quickly about tiredness.
